Discipline

Discipline as a Path to Optimal Health and Wellness:
On this path, we organize our lives around our purpose in life and learn to live in a way that allows us to pursue our goals in a rhythmic, orderly manner. We will learn that discipline is not just something learned in boot camp, but is a way to live our lives in a state of honesty and clarity.

Our goal is to take charge of our lives and our destinies by taking full responsibility for our own words, actions and deeds. Clinical research and data supporting the therapeutic value of discipline helps the participant reach this goal.

Discipline: A Continuum, A Choice, An Obstacle Course
Although the word Discipline is widely used, there are many other words that convey aspects of this tendency: Regulation, order, organized, restraint, obedience, and authority. Clarification is established regarding what discipline is and what discipline is not.

Discipline: A Path to Health
In following the path of discipline we choose order over chaos, calm over anxiety, and self-empowerment over self-sabotage. Each of us has our own approach to discipline, whether we are aware of it or not. Now, we are embarking on a journey where we will learn to create an even smoother and stronger path to enhance a firmer foundation for our lives. On this path, it becomes clear that through discipline we have a major impact on the outcome of our health and wellness.

The Discipline Journey:

At the conclusion of this journey, each participant should have a clear understanding that discipline is vital to health. Specific guidelines provided throughout enable the participant to integrate new discipline behaviors in order to achieve optimal health and wellness.
